Karierni:UM is a single virtual place for UM students and employers following the one-stop-shop principle (single entry point). It is aimed at integration, cooperation and networking between UM students and employees to foster employment and career planning. And you never know, Karierni:UM might actually be the stepping‐stone to start your career!
Through the UM Career Centre you can strengthen and develop competences in line with the projected development of future general competences for increased employability on the labour market. This way you become more attractive to employers who nowadays look for people with additional knowledge and knowledge of the future.
You can also develop your scientific research skills by participating in project tasks of the Student challenges of the University of Maribor.
